We will have a $20 gift certificate giveaway for one person who comments on the post on the CL blog.  So make sure to comment!!! There is also a kick-off for a 15% off store wide sale from Septmber 15-22th.   Great time to shop for some of those favorite dies you have been wanting.

Here is my card using the new Acorn and leaves die set.

I have already used this die many many times this season. I love to die cut the acorns out twice and layer them with pattern papers.  So fun. I used the tags #2 nesting doll dies
for my stamped sentiment.

I layered many of my leaves etc to create dimension.

Fall rake banner

Fall is right around the corner.  I am starting to get in the mood for the changing season.

I thought this adorable Fall Banner Kit was just the ticket to kick start Autumn.

I started with painting the chipboard pieces and adding paper underneath the top layer.

I than added a beaded border at the top of each piece (coming soon to store). From there I wound the banner with ribbon and started adding my chipboard leaves and embellishments.

 Here it is finished!

 Thanks for visiting!  Cherry

Patches the Snowman

Hello paper peeps, my day over at the Cheery Lynn Blog.
Not sure I have ever done Christmas/Winter so early in the year.  Can't help it with such adorable new dies from Cheery Lynn.

I first started out embossing the new snowflake die in the top left corner. I also added embossing as a border on the bottom. It was hard to get the detail it added.

I doubled up on the border by using the new classic snowflake border.

From here I added my Let it snow sentiment and my main image Patches the Snowman.  He is so cute!!! thanks guys for visiting, Cherry
